4 Kettlebell Leg workouts Workout Of Squat Destruction (0:11) 2. The Booty Builder Workout (1:08) 3. The 5-Minute Leg Destroyer (2:54) 4. The Single Bell Leg Destroyer (3:46) The Workout Of Squat Destruction Complete 5 rounds of 1 minute on, 1 minute off of Squats. If you can do 20 reps in the minute, go up in weight. If you drop below 15 reps in the minute, reduce the weight. Do not set the weight down during the minute. Then rest 1-2 minutes and complete 3-5 rounds of the circuit, resting as needed between rounds. EXERCISE: 1 minute Goblet Squats 1 minute Rest CIRCUIT: 8-15 reps per side Staggered Stance Squat 8-15 reps Squat Rockers 8-15 reps per side Figure 8s The Booty Builder Workout Complete 3 rounds of each triset, resting 45-60 seconds between rounds and up to 2 minutes between sets. Complete 2 rounds through the circuit without resting. CIRCUIT: 30 seconds Racked Squat 30 seconds per side Single Leg Deadlift 30 seconds Get Up Lunges 30 seconds Skier Swings The Single Bell Leg Destroyer Complete 3-4 rounds of each circuit, resting as needed between rounds and circuits.
