This Kettle Bell Strength and Kickboxing Workout has 2 parts.
Part 1 based will help your strengthen all the muscles in your body with the use of kettle bells. And part 2 has cardio kickboxing intervals to help you burn fat.
Equipment for this routine: 2 Kettle Bells, one lighter and one heavier, mine are 15 and 20 pounds. You will also need an exercise mat.
