Gorilla Rows

Gorilla Rows are a great row variation for building back strength. Stand slightly behind dumbbells or kettlebells with a wide stance. Bend forward as the hips, keeping a flat back. Grab a weight in each hand. Keep one hand on the ground while the opposite hand performs a row by bringing the weight towards the stomach.
