He mounts the web on a card and paints over them with a delicate brush. C/U of the finished picture of Windsor Castle. (Location of events unknown - somewhere in England!) In the United States of America we see several shots of four-year-old Bobby (no surname mentioned) playing tenpin bowling / skittles. Commentator tells us Bobby was born a cripple and took up bowling after an operation. The skittles are replaced by an automatic machine. Also in the United States we see an auto rail car that runs on a road and on railway tracks. After dropping its steel pilot wheels on the tracks, the car backs into some goods wagons and pulls them along. We then see the car travelling along a road.
