Hello wolf pack. I bring to you another soothing, mouth-watering, and extremely delicious campfire cooking video! I wanted to bring a tropical vibe to the snow covered mountains. It has been a hard, cold winter here. I love venturing out into the middle of the woods with my backpack and cooking essentials in tow, and creating a decadent meal among the calming elements of nature. I hope you enjoy listening to the sounds of nature as much as I. Taking a break from the world to soak in the atmosphere of pure beauty and serenity, with a yummy meal to top it off. I wasn’t successful in catching my own fish at the frozen farm pond, so the store bought Cod fillets had to do. Over a fire, atop a fresh pineapple slice, drizzled with honey.. paired with sweet plantains, and coconut water infused rice.. I felt like I had been transported to a desolate island and having a fresh meal in the tropics.. Even though I was in the snow covered mountains with below freezing temps, frozen streams, and lifeless woods.
