Bomb Peony Crepe Paper Flower Tutorial

We have a new DIT tutorial from a much-admired paper floral artist, Catherine Oxley of Bouq paper Flowers. Catherine has designed this peony to be an easy and fun way to get started. It’s a nice, big fluffy flower that carries a lot of impact.
