Hailing from Austin, Texas, these five individuals have managed to gracefully trace outside the lines of the current state of indie rock. The Cutaway take singer Tim Lasater’s (ex-Pop Unknown) standard melancholy approach to a new level, but also propel their sound into a sonic- fueled pop domain that they feel equally apt at conquering.
