Full title reads: “Essex. ’A Cowes in miniature’. The little boats ’have their day’ at popular Burnhan (sic)-on-Crouch Regatta.“ Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex. Small sailing boats / dinghies sail and race just off the coast. The wind is quite strong and many of the boats tilt as they make turns. One of the boats appears to have capsized or sunk - it’s crew are hauling it out of the water. They stand rather dejected next to their water logged craft.
