Recipe: Dough - step 1: 200 g milk 260 g flour (4 dl) 25 g yeast Dough(step 2): 160 g flour (3 dl) 1 egg 2 g salt (1/2 teaspoon) 5 g ground kardamom (1 tablespoon) 100 g room tempered butter 85 g sugar (1 dl) Almond Paste 200 g peeled almonds 200 g sugar (2,5 dl) little water (if needed) Filling: 250 g almond paste 25 g almond flakes 25 g chopped almonds 5 g ground kardamom (1 tablespoon) 10 g vanilla sugar 45 g icing sugar 75 g milk Garnish: whipped cream icing sugar Good luck!
