This is compulsory viewing. It should be broadcast on every tv station. It should be watched and discussed by every schoolchild. It should be part of the curriculum for high school and university students everywhere. The powerful description of Israeli genocide is enough to condemn the Zionist state. The case law cited – often relating to past imperial crimes and to past imperial persecution of their own victims – provides more than enough information to show that this is an open-and-shut case. Failure to convict could only mean the global discrediting of the ICJ – a UN body whose name is written only in French and English upon the benches of the magistrates – its exposure as a toothless and co-opted institution under the control of the US-led imperialist bloc. The world is watching. Meanwhile, the NATO powers not only know the effect of Israel’s crimes, they are the ultimate perpetrators of those crimes. Our governments and politicians, our big business moguls and financiers. These are the people who make this genocide possible and in whose interests it is being carried out.
