First Crossfit Competition Post Lockdown & Brewery vlog

First competition since 2019 due to Covid-19 and lockdown etc. This was also Emily’s first Crossfit competition ever and first competitive sporting event apart from half marathons and 10k road races. We’ve both been waiting to do a co-ed Crossfit competition event for some time but needed to get one that would be challenging for both of us. We both enjoyed the event overall although some improvements can be made personally and also the event. After the Crossfit event we went to a local brewery called 11 brewing here in Houston Texas for celebratory drinks.
