ULTRAKILL 62 - Stalker

A new enemy type who will walk up to the strongest nearby enemy and kill themselves. Upon death, they turn the blood of all nearby into sand, meaning you can no longer heal off that enemy. Better be careful with how you deal with them, because killing them yourself will also activate this effect.
