Marineland (1965)

A variety of fish and performing sea creatures at Marineland in California. Various shots of diver in large pool (or aquarium) with a large variety of fish. He holds his hands out and feeds them food. C/U of two porpoises. M/S of diver feeding fish of all different shapes and sizes including Manta ray. M/S of man playing with Walrus. The Walrus is half way out of its pool clutching onto railings with its flippers. M/S of man stroking its nose while a small group of tourists look on. Numerous shots of whale called ’Bubbles’ which the narrator tells us can “...sing, dance, shake hands, lift a barbell, model Parisian hats, leap fifteen feet out of the water and even take photographs with a specially built camera. M/S of Bubbles with head out of water being fed fish. L/S and M/S’s of three sea lions on raised platforms passing a ball back and forth to each other. Nice M/S of one sea lion balancing the ball on it’s nose whilst balancing on one flipper. M/S blindfolded porpoise collecting hoops in pool. V
