Dance Workouts are a mix of easy Dance Steps and fitness exercises.
Because the Steps fit perfectly with the music you will feel more motivated than doing a normal workout.
You don’t have to be a dancer.
If you get steps wrong, just keep moving.
Most steps will be repeated.
It’s all about having fun while burning calories.
