Carlos Antenna plays SCRIABIN on the Theremin! Newly re-discovered!

New/Old! Yet another legendary and long thought lost performance by Carlos Antenna of the great Russian composer Scriabin’s strange yet beautiful (and more than a little spooky) Prelude #2 on Theremin has just been re-discovered in the State Lost and Profound archives! While this old video has obviously been clumsily colorized in order to appear more modern, it is nonetheless a compelling discovery and a look back at those times and performance practices of that time. Here Carlos is playing his pre-war Melodiya Theremin after which the State record label was named.
