Busuu is a social network for learning languages. It is based on a freemium business model. The website provides learning units for twelve languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Polish, Turkish, Arabic, Japanese and Chinese. Users select one or more of these languages and work through the self-paced units. London Central is a video course for beginners created by the team behind busuu. The London Central course covers the basics of English by telling the story of Leo who moves to London, meets local people and makes friends.
