NEIGHBOR said THEY are NEVER HOME! Now the YARD looks like THIS!

This yard caught our eye while driving past not only because of the massive overgrown bushes out front but also because we couldn’t really tell if someone lived there or not. We expect to see properties like this outside city limits but it’s wild to see properties like this in a busy city area. We couldn’t get an answer at the door so we went to the neighbors house who gave us a little more info. She let us know that they are hardly ever home but they definitely don’t take care of the yard.
