Cracked Excavator Hydraulic Cylinder Weld Repair | Machining & Welding

In this video we are repairing a cracked hydraulic cylinder off a 22 Tonne excavator shear attachment that has a crack right through the weld joint. To repair we have to remove the port for access to the weld joint and then machine the barrel end completely off.
