Restored Sihang warehouse holds memory of Shanghai battle

In a few weeks, the world will mark the 70th anniversary of the end of World War TwoThe battle for Shanghai began on August 13th, 1937, when the Japanese army attacked the city. The fighting lasted more than three months. As the fighting dragged on, only one Chinese battalion was left to hold off the enemy, the “800 heroes“, defending Sihang Warehouse.
