Here is an attempt by Sridevi Nrithyalaya to weave a set of warm- up exercises and stretches that will benefit classical dancers. Combining work outs for all parts of the body, set in sync to Indian classical music, this is an experiment to activate and flex all muscles before one begins to dance. Lasting for a crisp 6 minutes, Natyobics aims to encapsulate the much needed exercising.
