A somatic demo in the basics of empathy

Here is a short demo that explores empathy. shared in Guangzhou, China last week on a somatic approach to Nonviolent Communication. It is essentially a beginner/advanced lesson on the basics of working with an empathic/ki field to move from conflict to harmony. So fun!
