Bio by She Rox, All Female Bands:Sweden based rock trio, Heavy Tiger, began in 2010 when the members were only 17, and quickly made a name for themselves in their home town of Stockholm, and began playing shows all over Scandinavia, with their no frills straight ahead rock and roll that some have said rivals the Runaways in their heyday and the pure rock energy of bands like The Donnas or Kiss. Heavy Tiger released their debut Ep in 2013, “Talk of The Town“ and the 7 song album “Saigon Kiss“ in 2014, the Japanese release contains two additional tracks, both releases along with their live shows have gained the band a fan following that has surpassed Europe, and playing abroad in Japan, Spain, and Vietnam among others.
