I studied Japanese for 30 days and wrote a song in it... in October of this year, I decided to conduct an experiment. I wanted to start learning Japanese and track my progress through songs that I would write in this language. I began my studies using Duolingo. my first checkpoint was 30 days. so, this video could be titled “Duolingo Japanese Course, Section 1, Units 1-5, but it’s an anime opening“ if this title weren’t so long, lmao it’s challenging to compose a coherent text in such a short time, so in this song, it’s more like a collection of words. don’t take it too seriously. I also want to mention that this is by no means a mockery of the Japanese language like “haha, look, I can use random words and still sound cool.“ I love this language and Japanese culture in general, which is why I took on the challenge of learning it.
