Johannesburg 4K - Historic City Center - Driving Downtown

Sunday morning drive around downtown Johannesburg from my recent visit. I’d love to see a income expense statement for this city. So much potential here! How much is real estate selling for in this area? What about rent? Price per square ft for each? I love the architecture on some of these buildings!
