Timann slinging heavy balls using figure8 and Apache style

I bought 3 rubber balls,slightly smaller than tennis balls but weighting 210 grams. This make it feel more like “real“ ammo. I also try out an older rubber ball weighting 360 gram. I have used it before but found it to heavy. After watching the Slingshot channel where Joerg Sprave play around with a 880 gram steel ball I realized 360 gram is pretty light:-) The ball was to big for use with the sling I brought when I used figure8 but was allright with the apache style. I had desided to make a video with the Apache style with and without a step anyway, and this was my chance. This, with the step, was how I began to sling, and I have also thought it to my “students“. The end of the video is as follow: I hit the soccer ball with the heavy rubber ball, then looses my “Zen“ completely and miss horribly with the smaller balls before the wind blows down my phone(video camera) just as I grab for it ;-)
