Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer 1931 Technicolor logo

This was actually done as a test by MGM. The lion’s name is Coffee, and this is the second color logo MGM did. I don’t think it was ever used on features, but was used extensively on shorts and travelogues. Done in the two-strip Technicolor format, which had a limited color spectrum. I found a bunch of logos that have been sitting on a hard drive since 2007, and I’ll be uploading them over the next few days.
