Sayanasana with Kino MacGregor (Fourth Series Ashtanga Yoga Demonstration)

Sayanasana - Sayana = A couch or bed. From downdog, place the elbows on the floor, cup chin in hands and kick up on an inhale. An easier entrance is to start in pincha mayurasana and then raise the hands to chin for an elbow balance. Ones Drishti should be the nose. The exit again is jumping up in the air while still in the pose. Hands re-position in mid-air so you land in chaturanga for the exhale. Take a vinyasa through to a sitting position.
