Sesame Chicken Recipe for Weight Loss INGREDIENTS 1 lb chopped chicken 2 tbsp miso 5 tbsp sesame oil 1 tsp minced garlic DIRECTIONS 1. Add chicken to a zip-loc bag and cover it in tapioca starch 2. Mix together miso, sesame oil, and garlic in a small bowl 3. Add to pressure cooker and turn on saute 4. Add chicken and brown and mix with sauce 5. Turn on high pressure for 3 minutes 6.
