Moscow based artist Misha Most current project explores the automating of his practice. Speaking to the technological displacement of the Artist from the work itself. The artist collaborated with a group of programmers from @InteractiveLab and engineers from #TsuruRobotics. Together they developed the octacopter, built specifically for this project, being the first ever fully controlled drone-painter. Custom software was created to control the drones movements. The artists vector based images where then imported into the software the programmers created. The collaboration work took 6 weeks. The project was presented on Misha Most solo show “ Evolution 2.1“ at @Winzavod contemporary art center, 5 September 2017.
