Bufkin was more aggressive on the offensive end during Thursday’s game and ended up setting career-highs of 12 points and two 3-pointers in his 19 minutes. The rookie has been a larger part of the team’s rotation since Trae Young went down, and he should play a large role off the bench for the rest of the season. He is already one of their best perimeter defenders, and he has been a solid playmaker in his limited minutes.
