C/U of Congressman Christian Herter and two other members of the Congress committee here to study conditions. Shots of Congressmen chatting to dockers. Several shots of the Queen Mary liner ship and tugs by her side panning to the name on the side of the ship. Natural sound comes in at 01:04:20 as we see John Parsons interviewing three attractive African-American women who are the wives of members of the Inkspots singing group. Parsons asks what they plan to do during their visit to London and they tell him they want to see the sights, follow their husbands around and do some shopping - if they can find anything. He asks how they got on in the customs shed
