Osibisa - The Warrior

Osibisa have reigned supreme as the undisputed kings of African music since the band formed in 1969, introducing the world to a new pulsating and vibrant sound. Their name translates as “crisscross rhythms that explode with happiness” and this concert filmed as part of the “Live From London” series exemplifies that mantra. This performance, recorded at the Marquee Club’s 25th anniversary celebrations, captures Osibisa at the high point of their career and includes the hits The Warrior, Happy Children and Sunshine Day.
