SmithFit Warm-up

-Heal toe press in downward dog -Down dog to up dog (look to both sides) -Left foot outside of left hand then rotate the hip and knee both directions -Pull the back leg in then straighten front leg for triangle (stack the shoulders) -Right foot outside of right hand (repeat as other side) -10 supermans -Lower body twist on both sides -Walk feet up to hands and do 10 toe touches -Drop down to center with legs wide and toes turned slightly inward -Walk your hands to the left then twist left arm up -
