After a bit of resting I’m doing backbends again. I’ve worked on chest stands, no-hands cobra (surprised myself with that new skill), compact bridge variations, backbend in oversplits and in a lounge. If I had possibly forgotten how instable it can be with long legs I think I got a reminder in some of this stuff :). On the splits side I’ve managed a “hands-free“ left to right to left switching. It looks quite nice when done smoothly.
