Sloppy Thinking = Sloppy Body

Most of us can’t sit upright and tall. If we see ourselves sitting, we notice how hunched over, slouched, contorted, or bent we look. The same is true if we observe ourselves standing. It’s clear that most people are leaning and bent. What’s even more strange is that if you ask the average person to sit up straight or to stand up straight, they will not be able to. When they attempt to straighten up, they will instead bend themselves even more. The new contorted position they make isn’t really any better than the first position. This is because most people don’t understand how their body works, which is understandable since most people have never spent any significant amount of time learning how to use their body.
