HELCOM 40th Anniversary Video

The animation summarizes four decades since the signing of the Helsinki Convention, a historical treaty for protecting the Baltic marine environment, in 1974. Premiered in the 40th Anniversary Jubilee session of HELCOM on 6 March 2014.
