Planaria Regeneration Time-lapse

a 7 day time-lapse of a planarian worm regenerating a head and tail. Footage was obtained each day on both amputated worms. They move a lot and rarely like to be out in the open, so filming was a challenge. After the filming was done, both worms were put back into an aquarium to live happy lives. Microscopes used: Wolfe Laboratory Steromicroscope - 10X, 30X Leica ATC 2000 - 40X Microscope magnification of each shot is shown in the bottom right hand corner.
