London (UK) based, Polish DJ, Live Act, Producer and ’Rabbit Records’ label owner, Blanka brings her experience from being a professionally trained classical pianist and composer into the world of electronic music. With her first release in early 2020 and being relatively new under this guise, her body of work till date speaks volumes on Blanka’s quality over quantity ethos. Apart from putting out music under her own imprint ’Rabbit Records’, she’s worked with a number of fantastic labels, highlighted by her releases on Mango’s ’Mango Alley’, John 00 Fleming’s ’J00F Aura’ and Lane 8’s ’This Never Happened’. For her latest EP with us, she’s dug deeper to bring out the more hypnotic and darker side of herself while retaining big anthemic moments. Making his much-awaited return to the imprint is Goa (India) based Funksun, who made his global debut on our imprint with “Vayu“ as part of our first edition of Fables. With his forward-thinking production techniques and club effective arrangements, Funksun’s clearly made a mark, earning his support from Hernan Cattaneo, Dmitry Molosh and Hicky and Kalo to name a few from get-go. This time, Funksun takes on remix-duties as he turns Blanka Barbara’s “Celestial Trail“ into a chugging monster with a lesson in restraint, making this a perfect weapon to use at any point during the night. Welcoming another core-artist of our roster back to the imprint is the one and only - Forty Cats. The Russian artist’s discography boasts of highly-respected associations, namely Lane 8’s ’This Never Happened’, Hernan Cattaneo’s ’Sudbeat’ and the LA-based powerhouse ’Monstercat’, to name a few. Initially making her debut on our imprint in late 2021 with a 2-track collaborative EP featuring “Lagom“ and “Symbols“ with fellow country-men - Meeting Molly and Mango, Forty Cats continued her relationship with a follow-up single titled “Moscow Time“ and more recently a collaborative EP with Dowden featuring “Orbit“ and “Airtime“.
