Brussels & Louvain, Belgium. Various shots of the pressmen waiting about outside government building in Brussels. Prime Minister of Belgium Van Den Boeynant and his deputy Mr DeClerq are present to defend against the anti French politician Mr Varroken. No solution was found and now the government will have to go to the King for advice. Various shots around Louvain showing the university and the area planned for an extension to the university.
