The Goblet Squat + Heartbeats & Bicep Curls

The goblet squat forces you to engage your core due to the added weight, which usually you to reach extra depth. It’s a great movement for high rep squats and building leg endurance. You can also use it as a mobility tool, using the weight of the kettlebell as a counter balance. We give you two options for additional exercises you can do while sitting in your squat so you can spend more time in that position while also making some extra gains.
