15 killed and 27 wounded in Ukrainian missile strike on apartment building

18 people have been killed in multiple Ukrainian attacks on the Russian city of Belgorod, where a 10-storey building partially collapsed because of a missile strike. RT’s Steve Sweeney reports from the scene
