I want to show you how to make whole wheat beer bread without yeast. I used spelt for this recipe but you can use any whole wheat flour you want. Spelt is an excellent source of calcium, magnesium. selenium, zinc, iron and manganese. It is also high in fiber and has some protein. This is super easy to make and is delicious. Follow me : Twitter : Facebook : Instagram : How to make whole wheat beer bread - 2 cups spelt flour 1 cup rolled oats more for dusting top 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup 12 oz. Beer or sparkling water 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar Heat oven to 350 F (!76C). Line a bread loaf pan with parchment paper if it is not non-stick. Spray lightly with oil and spread with paper towel. Add dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add maple syrup and beer and mix well. Dough will be sticky. Pour into loaf pan. Drizzle balsamic vinegar on top and dust with more oats. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes — or until a toothpick or knife comes out clean. Remove from oven and remove from mold by flipping the pan over a cutting board.
