Rentarou’s love speech with ENG subs | Hyakkano/100 girlfriends

There is a scene in the manga that everyone knows, even the people who never read 100GF. That’s right, Rentarou’s compliments towards his (at that time) nine girlfriends. Volume 5, Chapter 37, Page 17 to be exact. In the manga there were 198 compliments total, 22 for each girl. The video “only“ contains 153 of them, which means 17 compliments for each girlfriend. Crazy, right? This video was originally uploaded by Jump but they turned it private after a few months like they do with most of their videos, so I thought... why not upload it with English subs as the original is only available through Wayback Machine? The anime announcement seemed the perfect opportunity to do so. The VA in this version is Ono Kensho, but unfortunately he won’t return to the role in the anime. But I’m sure Katou Wataru will also bring justice to Rentarou’s character. And while we wait for the anime to air, you can have a taste of how deeply Rentarou loves the girls. If we are lucky, then the anime might end with this scene, which would be truly great in my opinion, even if it’s unconventional.
