RAAS is a violin-guitar duo that wants to surprise you: A classical duo with a loose screw! The diversity in the RAAS music scenery is quite simply staggering: you may find classical and contemporary musical works, music from Spain, Latin America and the Balkan region, and tango. Through improvisation and making their own musical arrangements, they give a twist to existing music. Currently based in Belgium and the Netherlands, violinist Ruth Mareen and guitarist Marie-Lou Debels met in 2016 in the first year
