20 min LEGS AND BOOTY LIFT WORKOUT | With Dumbbells (And Without) | Compound Sets
Join me for a 20 minute LEGS AND BOOTY WORKOUT to shape your glutes and sculpt your leg muscles. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. In this routine, I’ll be using a set of 8lb weights.
