What you need: minced turkey meat - 1 kilo/ 2,5 lbs fresh or frozen spinach - 250 g/ 0,5 lbs 2 eggs oatmeal - 1/2 cup corn flour - 3 tbsp. olive oil - 1-2 tbsp. dried basil - 1/2 tsp salt - if your minced meat isn’t salted tomato puree - 1/2 cup black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon baking form aluminum foil if you like (helps remove the ready meatloaf) If you are using frozen spinach
