Body development exercises

support at this is an overview of several daily exercises i recommend for developing a ’budo’ body. It is a list of five exercises- shizentai, shiko, teppo, suburi, and bushi hoko. There are a couple of things that are not included here, notably ukemi, rolling, which is a very important training for developing a sense for simultaneous softness and structure. I will look at that seperately.
