Missing teen Alex Batty turned his back on a hippy lifestyle when he hatched Le Great Escape from a rented home in the French Pyrenees after yearning to be a normal teen. He walked out on mum Melanie, 43, and grandad David, 64, and trekked for 22 miles over two days. A delivery driver spotted Alex at 3am and stopped. The driver then took Alex to a police station.
