Hey, What’s Up Friends! Are you ready to build a nice round bubble butt? I created this workout for everyone who hates squats / jumps or is injured to do a long workout standing. I am being honest, I also prefer to have a controlled workout on the mat sometimes rather than jumping and moving around like crazy. - These exercises focus on the area under your butt and around your whole butt. - It will lift it up and bring your booty in a better shape. Do this workout on a regular base and add ancle weights if you want, I did it and it was amazing. I encourage you to do my GLUTE ACTIVATION WORKOUT before as a warm up. You will be working on each leg and each butt cheek for a specific period of time, then we switch. 20 Minutes are filled with : ▸ controlled movements ▸ engaged abs ▸ focus on squeezing your butt and glutes during the entire workout ▸ not giving up ▸ no breaks :D Let me know in the comments how you like
