Duomo is a new metro station that opened in the summer of 2021, as part of Line 1 expansion. Piazza Nicola Amore is about 600 m away from Duomo Cathedral. Head right to Via Duomo for that destination. When completed, the square above will have a modern glass structure to cover a museum with ancient Roman remains. Naples Metro Line 1 operates from 06:00 or a bit later up to 22:30 or 23:00 at night, depending on the destination.
